Bears Cap 2022 with Home Game Saturday
Dallas College Brookhaven men's basketball team will host Tribulation Prep 1 p.m. Saturday in the final game of the 2022 portion of the schedule.
The Bears (4-11) will take a month-long break for the holidays, and return to the court Jan. 13 when they host Strength 'N Motion before beginning Dallas Athletic Conference play against Dallas College Richland on Jan. 21.
Brookhaven is scoring 74.9 points per game. Freshman guard Aaron Ovalle is averaging 17.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 3.1 assists per game. Sophomore guard Ryan Nurenberg is scoring 15.1 points, grabbing 4.1 boards and dishing out 3.8 assists, while coming up with 1.3 steals per game. Freshman guard Curtis Trey Moffett is averaging 14.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Freshman forward Jackson Lino is averaging 12.5 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
The Bears are 3-2 at home this season.
