Denning, Marin Earn Dallas College Coaching Awards

DALLAS – Dallas College Brookhaven women's soccer head coach Alex Denning was awarded the Dallas College Impact Coaching Award. Assistant coach Daniela Marin was honored with the Dallas College Emerging Leader Award.

The award, presented by Dallas College's Student Success Department in collaboration with Human Resources, provides a bonus to both full-time and part-time coaches within Dallas College Athletics.

Brookhaven finished as the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III national runner-up. The Bears went 16-2-2, advancing to the national championship game.

The Bears won 15 straight games, and posted 14 shutouts this season.
