Bears Open Conference Play Monday

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – Dallas College Brookhaven's volleyball team will begin Dallas Athletic Conference play Monday.

The Bears, who entered the week ranked No. 7 in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III poll, finish tournament play this weekend at the Blinn College Classic before beginning league play at Dallas College Mountain View 6 p.m. Monday.

Brookhaven's first league match at home is set for Sept. 21 against Dallas College North Lake. The Bears' final DAC home match is Oct. 16 against No. 2 Dallas College Eastfield. Brookhaven will wrap up the regular season at Dallas College Cedar Valley Oct. 19.

The NJCAA Division III South District Tournament is set for Oct. 25-28.
